2/ In the absence of our recognizing that and admitting it, white supremacists have fed upon the wound and cause it to fester. We need leaders who vow to right the wrong on a systemic level. No more just wringing your hands, guys. Man up, get real & get going with serious action.

Way to fan the flames. Cities are burning and you are agent provocateur. Shame on your empty rhetoric. How many mouths are you gonna feed without an Economy? You are sick. Real lives are at stake.

Leadership is needed, absolutely. We also need individuals who do a little soul searching about what it means to be human - ALL of us. And agree...thinking isn't enough. Justice and caring need to walk hand in hand.

Yup. Establishment Democrats act like this incident is an aberration. It's not - stuff like this is part of our status quo oppression, and unless we are going to recognize the whole system needs an overhaul, it will continue to happen.
If you are outraged by #GeorgeFloyd then you should be outraged all the time, because the truth is that this is just a slice of the huge issues & oppression - racial, economic, and otherwise - that exist every day. If you are shocked by it, you have not been paying attention.
