That mega corporations are stealing from the tax payers again and Congress is enabling them. Didn’t those same airlines just squander all of their reserves in buybacks before this pandemic hit?

No layoffs were announced. Check your information before posting this. American and Delta as well as United offered voluntary separation packages which is absolutely acceptable under the Cares Act. The Cares Act only doesn’t allow Involuntary until October 1st.
