Avoid @AmericanAir. I’ve flown to 60 countries in 5 years—AA only airline I won’t fly again. 24-hr delay last week—we lost 1 night of vacation & had to “eat” hotel costs at destination. They said, “Sorry, paperwork issue.” No refund, no reimbursement.
