I don’t want to see one more Congressperson or Senator tweet about how they want to see justice done for George Floyd without calling for Congressional hearings to get to the fricking bottom of this. We don’t need your pity, gentlepeople, we need your courage.

You can't run an unequal country without the support of militarized police, you start questioning their methods and start cracking down and arresting cops, you lose their support. Nothing will change until you stop electing corrupt politicians.

Courage: “The willingness to take action, even when the outcome is uncertain.” Willingness is a spiritual principle in very short supply in DC.

Yea that’s what we need, more empty suits grandstanding on TV. There will be arrests and justice. It has to be done correctly to ensure justice and not have charges dropped bc of procedural error. Otherwise it’s just a pr stunt, which is exactly what you really want.

All cops who kill MUST be arrested and brought up on charges . And no "justifiable force" decisions when it was so obviously NOT "justifiable" to MURDER someone who is already handcuffed and on the ground. An independent investigation must be made, not one by the cops themselves.

Marianne, Israeli police training The city of Durham, North Carolina eliminated ALL Israel army training of their police officers/force. It is often called an "exchange program." The Durham community booted the program out! FINISHED! Check with @Durm2Palestine for details!
