The person that called the police should be convicted as well. She “thought” he was writing a bad check!!!! Thought? Seriously 😳 we need to hold people accountable. I would rather have a million criminals go free than one man murdered because someone was assuming!

I wouldn’t say murder but I’d say more of manslaughter. And if found guilty of that, then he would probably get anywhere from 3-10 years in prison.
