HOW LONG BEFORE WE CAN RELEASE THE FAMILIES INFO ABOUT EACH OFFICER WHO WAS FIRED, IN CONCLUSION TO THE WHITE MAN KILLING THIS CIVILIAN? THEY ALL NEED TO BE CHARGE WITH HOMICIDE, ATTEMPTED MURDER AND PUBLIC NEGLECT OF AN OFFICER.

At what point can bystanders step in? A police officers badge isn’t a license to kill. He murdered a restrained, defenseless black man and witnesses could only videotape for fear of retaliation, instead of being able to stop the murder taking place feet away.
