Isn't that also an illegal restraining method; like it was with the guy in NYC. Maybe the police need to go back to training, learn the laws, and start using non lethal force; i.e. rubber bullets, etc. You know, like the rest of the civilized world.

I've been noticing that when these things happen, nobody seems to ever investigate outside affiliations of murderous cops like the KKK, or some White Aryan brotherhood, etc. Wonder why that is...?

These cops were literally possessed. They didn’t show an ounce of concern for that man as he lied there with a cop kneeling on his neck. This was so horrific and evil.
