Folks, I haven’t agreed with Marianne Williamson about much, and I’ve pointed out several times that I don’t literally believe Trump is secretly serving Moloch or Mammon or Antichrist or whatever, but as I’ve also said repeatedly, if he were, he’d do exactly what he’s BEEN doing.

I confess I skipped Snyder! I read Robert Anton Wilson as an impressionable lad, which made me a skeptical but open-minded lad, then tracked down Wilhelm Reich, eventually found my way back to the mainstream and Arendt. Which means, perhaps, it’s time to catch up to “On Tyranny.”

Adding to my to be read list, after the new @GaryLachman book on the overlapping Venn diagram of Russian nationalism and Russian mysticism. Lachman, I find, consistently lands on a solid midpoint between “this stuff is real” & “some VERY scary people believe this stuff is real.”
