2/ Trump knows what they are & exploits them masterfully. Establishment Dems don’t have a clue what they are, think rolling their eyes is an adequate response & view themselves as too sophisticated to have to deign to deal with. Disastrous in ‘16; we must awaken if to win in ‘20.

It’s not just the Trump phenomenon. It’s that we are on the wrong track in our consciousness. We need to replace selfishness and greed with compassion. We have stopped treating people as human beings.

I agree Marianne. There is a malevolent darkness that runs deeper than Trump. It is an aberrant energy that doesn’t value nature or human life. I think we all sense this existential threat at some level. I don’t know what the source is but the Powers That Be are facilitating it.

It's easy to label things we can't understand as supernatural. It's harder to take a close look and realize every one of those things is very physical, and very much human nature and has nothing mystical attached to it. Greed and Vanity are at the core of his presidency.
