I thought seperation of powers meant you can't force your church going beliefs into law.

It just feels like your suggesting churches are exempt from law. That does not feel right. Put it this way. Ive a friend whos 15 yr old daughter was molested in church, when others weren't there. Hes in jail now. Church didnt protect him from his malfeasance. Thank goodness.
