If the job training is in the web and computer ecosystem or in clean technology (solar installers, windmill technician, etc), it would be very helpful to get the workforce future proof.

As I’ve said before, there should be a public works WPA type project providing those kinds of trainings for free now. The people who would need those jobs most likely don’t have the $4000 to shell out for it. Our lawmakers don’t recognize the desperation that’s building up now.
