In the progressive ideal, who actually works productively to create a first world standard of living? UBI creates nothing. It does not expand the economy—things have to actually be produced for economies to expand. Why is progressive not the same as the disaster of Venezuela?

Briones is for Universal income, this thought process is built on the premise, I am not capable of providing a sustainable income. Mother government should pay me a reasonable income. A socialist premise that never really factors in the downside to that plan.
