Has there ever been skills training for officials so that they stop coming up with silly ideas? No training and no bail-out of large corps. Everybody is coming out of quarantine with NO money and more debt. Can't restart an economy when the consumer is broke. UBI #YangGang

We have people now with college degrees that can't get jobs so what skills are they going to get for 4k that's going to magically work. They would rather try 100 other things than the one thing that will work.
