1/ According to Gandhi, “the idea that economics is a verifiable science is one of the greatest evils ever foisted on the world.”Economic “experts” whose expertise is in maintaining and perpetuating an unjust economic system are not our guides to a sustainable world.

The obsession w/ economic growth or GDP... the obsession w/ stock market ... is destroying the nation. As the FED prints trillions for white collar gangsters, instead of helicopter money for the American People.

Certainly the heart is needed for the ethics of deciding what an economy should be doing and how it should be evaluated. It's currently considered part of "economics" but really shouldn't be. Not sure the heart is as necessary for the scientific part, predicting and explaining.
