Trump has ushered in an age of political theatre and we won't be going back. Trying to defeat him with washed over talking points dressed up to sound like major changes will not do the trick. Democrats can have an amazing win in 2020, but only if they're willing to be amazing.

I know that this isn’t the election, but I still feel that the only worth while candidate is no longer a candidate! I pray you run in 2024 Marianne!

@marwilliamson have you called anyone on the Biden team to offer some ideas? We saw the candidates start adopting your talking points on the debate stages.

I don’t expect anything great from a presidential campaign ever again. There’s no way a huge central government can do anything but a half baked job of helping the folks on the ground anymore. We must focus on helping each other now. Fortunately, we’re learning to do just that.

Political theater did not exist before 2017.

It's sad that you think Trump ushered in the era of political theater, I thought you were smarter than that.

Trump ushered in political theater? Politics has always been filled with orchestrated antics and contrived drama. If you are on the otherside of 35, you know Trump is bad, but no where near the worst this country has ever seen, or given birth to.

I don't think the Dumb Party has got any interest in being amazing. #corporatetakeover

I'd love to hear how you envision Democrats being amazing.
