1/ As a Jew I was raised with the slogan “Never again.” We were taught that “Never again” applied not only to us but to anyone. We were taught of a time and place in which Jews were hunted down like dogs - and that we must never, ever, ever allow that again.

2/ My father used to say, ”They might not be doing it to us now, but if they’re doing it to anyone then they could always get back around to us.” If we’re going to stand for justice, it can’t just be justice for our own.

3/ As awful as it is to pile on another layer of horror when so much is already happening, we have to face the fact that white supremacist behavior is becoming normalized In America today.

They're still hunting Jews. In Brooklyn. In Jersey City. In Monsey, NY. And the perpetrators are usually black. One of the Democratic party's core constituencies. So, of course, you say nothing.

It is with great satisfaction that I witness that there is among us a highly coherent, congruent intellect with a huge open heart. Informed, compassionate, wise and glowing with caring. Thanks many times over for your contribution to the national discussion on Twitter.

Never again...and yet the take over of Palestine? The birning of olive farms, taking over palestinean land to build settlements, arresting/killing the youth....where are your NEVERA AGAIN tweets on the SINS waged against Palestine? #NeverForget

Trump bought a NYT ad demanding the death penalty for the Exonerated 5—he still refuses to take that back. It's easy to see how these racists thought they had the right to execute a young Black man: Their POTUS is an unrepentant proponent of the executions of innocent Black men.
