@HelenCaddes here's Marianne vote shaming someone who won't vote for Biden. What difference does it make whether she's literally "endorsing" Biden when she's engaging in the worst behavior of those who do ?
You’re voting for Trump either way.

If you disagree with someone, state your own opinion & it’s different than theirs, that doesn’t mean you’re “shaming” them. Some of us think voting 3rd party is the best way to go; others think we need to vote Biden so Trump doesn’t win. It’s not bad; it’s an important discussion

1/ Pardon me but when you tell someone who says that they are going to vote third party (or write in a candidate) that they are voting FOR Trump, that's not quite the same thing as simply stating a different opinion. You are laying blame on someone for voting their conscience...

We’re adults here. Or at least we should be. I was stating an opinion. You can call it blaming or whatever. But to me I was stating an opinion. And it’s still my opinion. And everybody else’s opinion is just as valuable as mine. We’re not kindergartners in a psychological sandbox

A vote for a third party candidate on November 3rd 2020 will be a vote for a third party candidate. Portraying it as anything else is (intentional or not) setting the table to be able to come back and blame said voters when your chosen candidate loses. That is this adults opinion

Nope. What’s happening here is that I am stating my opinion and you’re shaming me for it:)

Laying the groundwork to blame voters for a candidate's loss is shameful, so ok I'll own that one
