It would have been totally viable at the beginning had we not given it to the corporations instead, many of whom did not need it and are not using it to support workers. The strings are technically there but are basically unenforceable. This has been a bailout for the rich only.

Trickle-down will never work for this dilemma. We need #GushUpEconomics where prosperity starts on Main St. and rural America. #LivingWage, $2K monthly #UBI for now, and #CollegeDebtForgiveness are what we all should rally behind.
