It needs to go to court. A jury will decide guilty or innocent. We don't know all the facts.

I don't think we know all the facts yet. Don't get me wrong, from what I have seen on that video they look guilty but I believe everyone has a right to their day in court to present their case. Our judicial system isn't perfect but better than anyone else has.

Can you tell me the circumstances under which two men with a gun approaching an unarmed man and him then defending himself is a situation where perhaps he’s guilty and we just “need to know more of the facts?” Of course a trial is necessary, but our suspension of disbelief is not

I am not disagreeing with you about how it looks. And it probably is the way it looks. A fair trial with ALL facts is how it works. There will be facts that we haven't heard. So those 2 men are legally innocent until and unless found guilty in a court of law.
