We know who he is, so much so we don’t really need to keep talking about it. The real question is who are we? Are we a generation of adults committed enough to do everything necessary to defeat him - and his political phenomenon - at the polls in Nov & then restore our democracy?

Reading the replies to you and they're very depressing. People are so demoralized. There is no leadership.

We all need to toughen up. This moment is nothing compared to how demoralizing a second term for Trump would be. In a democracy, every citizen has to find the leader within ourselves. The fact that so many abandoned that responsibility is part of how we got here to begin with.

Please hear me. Other than Bernie, I know that more than anyone. But it just can’t be the deciding factor now. This is our country & Trump is an adversary to everything we’ve ever stood for or could stand for again. It’s bigger than what is happening now. We cannot let him win...

For 40 years it's always been "We'll get them next time. For now, vote for a chosen one picked by billionaires." Sorry. Never again.
And I can’t vote for a rapist. As soon as I vote for Bernies delegates, I’m leaving the Democratic Party. They don’t give a crap about democracy or what the majority of Americans want. They made their bed, they can deal with trump for 4 more years.

We have head that for YEARS. It will be the deciding factor. The Democratic party wont listen otherwise. They might not even listen then because they are FINE with a Trump win. We can only hope to highlight that corruption to achieve change, if we are to avoid violence.

If you'd tell everyone that you won't support someone with credible assault allegations, maybe his poll numbers will drop and he'll drop out and we'll get a candidate that can win. Biden must go to win in November. There's still time!
For me, this is simple math. If Trump wins, we get another chance at this in 4 years. We elect Biden, his VP is the next nominee, meaning 8-12 years of guaranteed neoliberal or right-wing fascism. The ecosystem can't take that. So no, I'm not voting for Biden.

Hey remember when Obama gave away a Supreme Court seat to Trump as a welcome gift ??? I don’t think democrats are the “resistance” you think they are
I think the Democrats are my enemy. I’ve been voting for this bullshit since 1977. Trump is a symptom of the Dem disease. I’m not on board.

You're doing the same thing as the establishment and media, and misdiagnosing the symptom as the disease. Trump isn't the adversary. The Democrat and Republican parties are. They uphold corporate interests over their constituents. Obama's policies directly *lead* to Trump.
