More Americans need to realize how little we get for our tax dollars compared to citizens of other countries. People have been trained to expect far too little, as govt simply gives away their money so a few people can have more. Health care an example...

I’ve moved to France. A prescription I had in the US cost just over 1/10th the price here without insurance. Of course, I have my government insurance and supplemental so it’s paid for 100%. Americans are being massively ripped off.

I think that will change more and more as the world is so connected now and the powers that be can't keep it a secret and tell us we're the luckiest people in the universe bc we were born here.

Good thing Obama was a nice guy eh
American taxpayers pay a lot for war. Lots of wars. Cutely named "defense spending." Instead of spending on healthcare, education, & other social programs the way civilized countries do & have done for decades. For example, the UK/France have had "Medicare for All" *since 1945*.

Our tax dollars are given to military companies, oil companies, and other big mismanaged companies to bail them out. We get... I actually thought I would add something here, but I really can't think of anything.
We get to give more of our tax dollars to corporations and billionaires than other countries.

The majority of our tax dollars goes to our nation's war machine. The overwhelming majority. It's like a death cult runs this nation.

What Americans need to realize is how little of their tax money is actually collected by the government. The truth is, there are a lot of countries, that prefer to give this money to large companies and individuals with high incomes.
