More Americans need to realize how little we get for our tax dollars compared to citizens of other countries. People have been trained to expect far too little, as govt simply gives away their money so a few people can have more. Health care an example...

I’ve moved to France. A prescription I had in the US cost just over 1/10th the price here without insurance. Of course, I have my government insurance and supplemental so it’s paid for 100%. Americans are being massively ripped off.

Rather than focusing on how much we get from the government for our tax dollars, why not consider paying less in taxes so we can each purchase what we want?

“It is an economic tyranny under which we are living. It is the most American thing- It is the most patriotic thing- It is the most traditional thing- for a generation to rise up and say, ‘That Shall Be No More.”

American institutional education is paltry and the mainstream press is a cacophony of trivia, and, frequently, misinformation. So, Americans remain ill-informed. On the role of government: ishinobu.com/podcasts/politi…

Through the power of Single payer healthcare the total expenditure will be reduced closer to $4K, not $8K We are going to SAVE A LOT Our government already spends $4K per US citizen So, we don't need to raise government spending or increase taxes

The math is pretty simple In the US it's about paying double for lower quality health care All 29 other countries in the top 30 OECD nations have universal health care American families lives sold out to profiteering and graft

Let’s ask why the drugs are 1/10th the price in France to the drug companies themselves. Is it because the French don’t have as much money as we do or they know they can just charge us more. Why didn’t Obama create a law that we pay exactly what the world pays in 2009?

Why are we expecting Gov. (tax payer's money) to take care of us. Our taxes should pay for security 1st. Strong military, border control, ICE, FBI, State Police and detectives etc. U.S. Roads, bridges, damns, etc. JFK said "ask not what your country can do for you".

Worse yet it's been stigmatized to receive any assistance from the govt.

Not supposed to be a Country of Victims... It's a Country where we can make our own roads. The left is ill-equipped to do so; So ya always asking for Government to save ya!
