The smartest thing @JoeBiden & Dems could do right now is to take a strong stand for #directcashrelief to individuals - for as long as it takes to get our lives and the economy back on their feet & with zero more given as corporate giveaways. Boldly. Clearly. A true alternative.

Or, interns from his campaign could keep tweeting empty platitudes while his handlers shield him from any unscripted conversations due to his aggressive deterioration. There is no "smart" anything coming from his campaign. He is the worst candidate of the entire field.
