The Democratic party should stand for something that's opposite to - not just a better version of - the fundamental corporatist paradigm that now dominates our system. Our promising to ameliorate the effects of injustice is not enough; we should stand for eradicating their cause.

They should, but what incentive is there for them to do so when folks like you line up to support their lousy candidate?

Yikes! I wish you said this coming out of the gate!!! This not only sharpens the difference between Sanders and Warren, but goes beyond Piketty in its comprehensive understanding of the task at hand! Realistic? We must make it so, my sister!

The corporate RepubliCrat-Demincans are not the way out of this. One party spent over a year pandering and squabbling through a process that culminated in Joe Biden. Sad... The other party did the same thing in 2016 and was defeated by Donald Trump. We lucked out.

Old, white male with a long history of lying, nepotism, sexual assault and support of policies that favor the political and corporate elite over the working class and the planet. Democrats be like "hold my beer".
