1/ Many people are saying “I want to go back to work” who are actually just saying they want to eat, feed their children and pay their bills. What kind of (rich) country tells its citizens to make a choice between risking their lives or risking hunger for their families.

This is why I'm disgusted with my centrist lib friends who scorn "unsophisticated rubes" who want to reopen: the Dems aren't fighting to get them support and they can't pay for food or rent, what do you fucking expect? If dems won't give us socialism we'll all get barbarism.
