1/ Many people are saying “I want to go back to work” who are actually just saying they want to eat, feed their children and pay their bills. What kind of (rich) country tells its citizens to make a choice between risking their lives or risking hunger for their families.

Exactly but they're ashamed because in the past they've told people in sticky situations to "pull themselves up by the bootstraps". Insane that some people would rather die than be wrong

Have you been watching this country since its inception? We know what kind of country we have, a racist one run by wealthy white men who exploit women, minorities, and all workers suppressing wages to extract wealth while poisoning our planet for profit.

People have to work in order for food to exist. If nobody worked, everyone would starve regardless of how much money the government prints and hands out.

Thank you for that. This is the real reason! No one talks about that. ‘It’s anti-vaccine people’, NYTimes said. No, it’s lack of social support, it’s the fact that they have no money. People are desperate because they have no food for their children!
