1/ Many people are saying “I want to go back to work” who are actually just saying they want to eat, feed their children and pay their bills. What kind of (rich) country tells its citizens to make a choice between risking their lives or risking hunger for their families.

Just-in-time and credit lines to permit razor thin margins and still make payroll means small businesses are living sale to sale the same way their employees live paycheck to paycheck. Offshoring and wage suppression through immigration leave no margin for error for little guy.

a. A country that has created 3Trillion for banking and allied corporate vultures, and now needs workers to get out and create the real economic value that the vultures will claim most of the profits from.

I'm frankly disappointed in a lot of "leftists" that I follow on here who are being very glib in their responses to people's frustration right now.

It is a crisis that can kill you. People are already risking there lives just to go to the grocery store. Or food pastry. We just don't have enough food pantries. Chill out
