3/ It's not just traditional political & economic resistance to change, or even $ in politics that's the problem. It's old thinking, our resistance to change, & our codependent relationship with a system that has failed us miserably but rewarded us just enough to keep us seduced.

Didn’t everything change with Citizens United?
Everyday Americans can’t compete with deep pockets bent on continuing their immoral oppression.
They think they own us, but my abilities are mine and no one will force me to do what I don’t want to do.

What I saw as a candidate makes me think that everyday Americans COULD make a difference, but way too many are easily duped into thinking and acting the way the system dictates. The manipulation of information is outrageous, but most of us could think for ourselves a bit more.
