Think what the world would look like if we actually knew that everything we do to others we’re really doing to ourselves. “Do unto others as you would have others do unto you” because they will… and if they don’t, then someone else will! It’s called the Golden Rule for a reason.

The challenge here is: what about what we’re doing to others that we can’t even see? When we buy clothing or smartphones or meat, the people who make these things are invisible to us. All we see is features, price, and free shipping. We are hurting others by remote control!

It’s simply a pointer indicating Unity. Nothing is ever not unified. How could it be? 🙏🏻😊 (No notion here is meant to belittle.)

Your mission must be a part of your vision of life.

I often think of the only candidate at the debates who had the backbone and the moral clarity to talk seriously about reparations and the long-term disaster of ethnic and racial disparities in our country. #marianne2024

We're the container of the energy we create for others. It does a little harm to others than us.

It’s a great rule expressing our social nature. When a person does it, someone else is likely to do it too. Imitation helps us unify as a strong coordinated group. It means: Harm others and we harm ourselves. Harm us we harm everyone. Why not be your best friend?

Mind you, the concerning part of the saying is if you hate and punish yourself we will spread that among us all. The world will then be filled with critical judgement, hate, and loathing rather than kindness, understanding, peace and tolerance. Change us we change the world.

Exactly. When you foster selfish shortsightedness, you cultivate cruelty. Even good people falter when battling for their basic needs. The 1%'s hoarding of resources leads to our most precious natural resources (brilliant minds) wasting away. This is karma in action&unfolding.
