I say again: our nation is too big and the federal government too complicated to be agile enough to adapt to rapid change. The answer to this is coming from restaurants that are now ordering this food and selling it in boxes to the public. The USDA? don’t hold your breath.

At some point you realize your Orwellian desire to keep the economy locked down has real consequences for farms. Cows don't live off grass & distribute their meat & tiddy milk into grocery stores. Blaming the Mean Orange Man for both Closing and Opening the economy is pique TDS.
