When a species becomes maladaptive for its survival, it either mutates and evolves or it goes extinct. That’s what’s happening to us: our collective behavior is maladaptive for our survival. We fight too much & we’re destroying our own habitat. We’ll evolve or we will go extinct.

Working in mental health I have learned we don’t really change until we go through a personal crisis- where things get so bad we are finally open to significant change. Until then we hold onto our views of ourselves and the world with all our might Is this our P crisis moment?
