Tens of millions of people in America have no idea how they’re going to pay rent or even have food to eat in another week. Congress dawdles & coronavirus briefings don’t even mention them. They were invisible before & they’re invisible now. The worst pandemic is our lack of heart

13 million kids here were hungry even before this. Domestic violence has got to be multiplied, given that abusers and abused are with each other more than usual. People who could barely survive before are at the breaking point. But McConnell doesn’t want to increase the deficit🤦🏻‍♀️

Instead of the Republicans bailing out all these corporation they better keep that money for families. These corporations will survive.

And being so easily manipulated by fear. Fear of no one to fall back on makes us all competitors - it’s us against them, ensuring money b4 people Fear drives us to take extreme views without thinking them though Fear means we tend towards tyranny than democracy. Why let fear win?

The corporations who pull the strings in DC got their 4+ trillion welfare payouts. Whether the poor and middle class are suffering or even dying because of this crisis is of no import to the leaders of a corporate-run state.
