Disparate outcomes do not imply disparate treatment. Assuming disparate outcomes is evidence of racism is hocus pocus and faulty science. It's really a projection of white guilt and suppressed racism from the Progressive "Woke".

If someone already has poor to no healthcare ... lives in a stressful living and work environment ... and lives in the areas of our cities and states where the water and the air is polluted ... ya might not think they'll do well against a killer virus.

Preparation is everything ... if you don't put money into the correct equipment, the necessary staff and the right kind of high-tech forecasting ... then you will kill thousands of people ... why ... because you gave away that money in a tax cut ... to people who didn't need it.
