AG Barr is threatening legal action against Governors whose restrictions he feels go too far. What he should be doing is threatening legal action against those whose restrictions don’t go far enough - who are opening the economy too soon and thus risking people’s lives.

You are really wrong. Why don't you just read what he said. He made no threats. He did say that if somebody sued that the Justice Department would be an interested party. That means just what it says it means.

He should do both. Telling people they can't grow their own food like in Michigan is on some draconian 💩

Or, he should just stay out of it all together and do his job and leave this job to the governors. Doesn’t he have enough corruption to investigate with Trump and his cronies? Oh yeah, he’s one of those cronies. Never mind.

“Sue them before they sue you” might be our best strategy. DJT has a long history of using litigation to avoid paying bills, paying fines, to avoid accountability and to intimidate those who won’t fall in line. 1/

I agree with Barr some of these governors don’t want to open their cities and don’t care how long people are out of work and if they lose their homes and jobs
