Yes that's due 2 being able 2 pay lobbiest 2 lobby on their behalf. Why would completing the app take 3 weeks? Why are small businesses suing Wells Fargo? It's almost a feeling that large businesses are entitled to all the money. Hugely frustrating.

I'm not sure small businesses create "just slightly fewer" jobs. The statistic I saw was that just over 52% of Americans work for small businesses. Wouldn't that be that they create slightly *more* jobs? Your point still stands, of course.
