Sadly, our National Guard in PA is being deployed to help in senior care facilities where workers are going down w/#covid_19 due to inadequate PPE and testing. We need our President to use his authority under the Defense Production Act to fix this.

Now on THIS, I agree 100% with you, Marianne! We need to have UBN (Universal Basic Needs) delivered to every person in the country. Canned food, Water, Toilet Paper, etc

To know food is being thrown away because demand is down in some areas...it is heartbreaking and enraging to know that’s happening when demand is devastatingly high in other areas. We need to be smart. Mobilize resources as per Marianne.

Exactly! by deploying the National Guard we would be able not only to feed people, but also to prevent farmers from having to dump dairy and plow crops under at a time when people don’t have enough to eat. The guard can solve the logistics problem.
