There were at least three Dem contenders I’d have voted for in November. I’ll take the uncouth narcissist over the guy with rapidly diminishing capacity. The skeletons in Biden’s closet are no better than Trump’s.

Fortunately, I don't live in a swing state (Oregon). If we had nation-wide ranked-choice voting, everyone could vote their conscience safely.

This is simply not true. By that logic, a vote for libertarians or conservative abstention equates to a vote for Biden. Democracy is a radical expression of ideas, not a game to be won for winning’s sake.
