He didn’t simply say he has absolute power. Now his name will be printed on every bailout check, and there are tens of millions of Americans who are literally going to think he personally sent it to them. Don’t kid yourself; they’ll want to vote for him in order to say thank you.

Gandhi said the leader of the Indian Independence movement was the “small still voice within.” In days before technological communication, even during darkest days of WW2, people found ways to communicate, form underground movements, collaborate & forge ways forward. So will we.
