This was never really meant to bail out the public, mostly just big business. The public stimulus was just the means that the GOP used to get the Dems to sign off on it. And, the result... banks/biz/profits over people. So disappointed in America (govt) right now.

This is heartbreaking on so many levels and really just brings me back to; people can act really cruelly when they think they're justified. There is no justification for allowing someone to go hungry if you have the means to prevent it. On that note; Change.org/SaveFoodNow

After reading the article, it doesn't sound like the could will be a would. People who are delinquent on child support payments can have the money taken. Do you have a problem with that? I don't.

If someone is unscrupulous ... no matter what you do ... over time they'll always find a way around it ... In times like these, when people and small businesses are vulnerable ... there must be (and if not) there should be a law against this!
