People who keep saying “But he can’t do this (or that), because it’s illegal!” don’t get it. He doesn’t CARE what’s illegal. And at this rate, the day will come when it actually wouldn’t matter. Democratic leadership should throw out the old rule book; it’s an asymmetrical war.

I don’t think he’s ever cared about what’s legal illegal. Parties will clash and this isn’t going to be easy, but this is how Democracy, which has been chipped away, will make a comeback.
