Hey @NAACP, please don't promote @IyanlaVanzant. She's part of the same "disease is all in your head" cult as @marwilliamson. It turns the pursuit of "wellness" into an excuse to shame sick people for being sick and fat people for being fat. It's gross.

Visualizations like that have been around for decades. People are on staff at major medical institutions who support patients with guided meditations. Today someone’s oncologist is likely to be the first person to suggest that kind of support group. You are decades behind on this
