It’s a time not only of external changes but of internal ones as well, often very painful to endure. We need those internal changes in order to become who we need to be, capable of making the changes we need to make on the other side of this. We can welcome, not avoid the process

Yes! It seems to me that becoming open to changing our most unquestioned and automatic beliefs, habits & actions is one of the most painful, yet one of the most helpful things we can do, both for ourselves, and for others. It's at the root of any real progress.
