Every day it goes on, the enormity of this experience is dawning on us more and more. It’s a complete and total break from the life we knew. Our challenge is to imagine changes as enormous in their capacity to heal us, as the pandemic is enormous in its capacity to destroy us.

Something I saw on the campaign trail is that in every area of our society we already have the people & projects that would pave the way to a better future. The problem is that our system does more to fund the problem-creators than to fund the problem solvers. We can change that.

I'm heartbroken from Bernie dropping out. I poured all my hopes into him and his campaign. Joe is weaker than Hillary, its next to impossible not to feel doomed to 4 more years of trump. 😢

I understand what you’re saying, but please change that thought? We cannot afford to go there.

Generally speaking, Marianne, I have been thinking that this virus did for us what we couldn't do for ourselves. It's forced some changes into our society that we have fiercely resisted til now. UBI and I *do * think Mcare4All could now become a major platform ideal.

I also think - pls hear me out on this - the *DNC* and the *Black vote* didn't give Biden his win as much as some weird match between his grief pedigree and the massive amount of death we are experiencing right now. It's like his being Dem candidate at this time in hx is karma.
