I want to see a virtual press conference where 25 most powerful masters of universe - that’s you, Jeff, Bill, Jaimie et al - announce your desire to see a direct $ bailout to all US citizens. Your charitable contributions are appreciated but you know they don’t change the system.

Thank you for your comments today. You know, I'm listening to your home page Livestream ACIM lecture for this week (Lesson 46) and trying to square it with your issue driven political postings. Sometimes it's very hard for me to see how the two relate.

All that said, I was just saying to my husband this morning as we made our way to the doctor's for me - yet again - there's enough money squirreled away among the richest people in this country to make & distribute PPE for all the doctors and nurses in this country right now.

I don't think they can pay everybody's rent car payments health insurance Etc but they can certainly take the weight off the people who are killing themselves to keep the rest of us alive in American hospitals right now

Still, it doesn't make any difference what these rich people do to ease the suffering of Americans right now. The president and his cabinet and their Senate will sabotage anything good that comes out of an offer like this So I don't know the answer, except to pray for a shift.

Anand says it'll never happen. I believe him. Anything they do is for PR, nothing more. Nothing in their hearts or souls resonates with ours. Philanthropy is a fraud intent on preserving the system that perpetuates it.

You mean contributions to theirselves: thenation.com/article/societ… People like this who use charity as a way to game the system via loopholes disgust me!

Thank you. We should not be asking. They know this. That is why we see such disingenuous generosity during tough times. What is to a billionaire to give 28% of their wealth full knowing they will coop it from the system that helped put people in the situation needing $? #Catch22
