Isn’t it mostly Democrats hounding Trump to impose a nation wide lockdown as oppose to letting the Governors of the states decide? Also isn’t it Democrats who want him to use DPA more widely? If he were to have just these two actions he would be called fascist etc etc.

This is the difficult truth. It happened during the Great Depression as well. As there is almost certain to be another serious Depression coming, this will be the trend more and more. Suffering is on the way, but so is salvation. The second always follows the first.
