After certain things happen, we’re never the same; our only choice is whether we’ll be better or worse. That’s always true for us as individuals and right now it’s true for us as a country. What’s important is that we make the choice ourselves and not allow it to be made for us.

“Let us not be afraid to help each other. Let us never forget that government is ourselves and not an alien power over us. The ultimate rulers of democracy are not a President and Senators and Congressmen and Government officials, but the voters of this country.” FDR /1938

Let us all gain strength from within; exam, feel deep, feel it all, feel the calm, the sorrow, the hope, see your hope for tomorrow, a better tomorrow 🕊🙏🕊

Yes ... we need to remain active and focused as participants in this event ... Otherwise, it will loose it's force and the Corporations will be back on top ...

If we don't heed the lesson that this pandemic is teaching us about our interconnectedness and our twisted value system, we won't survive much longer. That will probably be best for all other living things anyway.

There are people in positions of power currently that don't seem up to the challenge. There are people with lots of money that seem hell bent on a mentally ill future of controlling so they can guard their money. There are people who are planting and growing, living gently.

ps We need mandated rent cancellation and mortgage freeze so there won't be a severe magnitude of crisis much more extreme than this virus. This is what I see as a priority right now. Protect the majority of this nation's working people.
