Not to mention that there’s an election in November! Insisting we do right by people is the best way to defeat someone unconcerned with doing right by them at all.
It is so obvious, but it is shameful that we are not seeing every single Democrat in this country fighting like hell for Medicare for All, UBI at a *minimum* of $2,000 a month, canceling rent and mortgage payments and a ban on denying health care to anyone for financial reasons.

Was that what you said about the $2T ‘17 tax cut where $.83 of every dollar went to the very richest individuals & corporations, which we now know will never be able pay for itself? And when people’s lives are literally in danger, shouldn’t saving them be our goal above all else?
