The options aren't violent revolution or give up. Voting for change has worked more often than a revolution, like the Nordic countries

When enough people vote for change that fundamentally disrupts an unjust system, that IS a political revolution. Getting the British out of India WAS a non-violent revolution. The civil rights movement WAS a non-violent revolution. We don’t have to be so precious about the word.
