Why should we take abuse from a president that our ancestors wouldn't take from a king?

Replying to @thegreatnoldini
We need a non-violent, peaceful revolution - mounted at the ballot box - against a tyrannous political and economic system whereby the US government has been highjacked by corporate forces whose undue financial influence have turned it into a system of legalized bribery.

Talk to Greg Palast, look at the Exit Polls and then get back to us on that whole voting thing. YOU ARE FAILING TO UNDERSTAND YOUR OWN NATION!
They’ve rigged the vote in the open. Probably worse not in the open. Ballot box won’t work. We need to muck up businesses with strikes and road blockages

That is called voting, not a “revolution”. 😂
As if your friends on the left wouldn't have done the exact same. We heard it all before.
If we’re going to be ABLE to vote we need to GET A PLAN right away! I keep asking @juliettekayyem for input!
Only works if we have verifiable voting

Bernthednc.org #OccupyDemocrats at the convention demand progressive change! #GeneralStrike2020 when Trump tries to force people back to work! Together we can get this done!

Unfortunately, thats not possible. Both "Parties", Gate-Keep which candidate you can pick, in each Party. They are not bound Constitutionally. We have No say in "Party Primaries" Only in the General Election. This Directly influences who we can vote for, in the General.

Here in Spain we had a "transition" form a fascist state to a democratic one.. That doesn't work well, the people in power and the rich are direct descents of the old fascist regime and the system is still rotten, you can't heal the system if you don't rip the roots..
