These decisions are not business decisions where one calculates returns on investment before spending the money but human decisions where only health of the citizen is paramount.After all the people who are dying are the ones who earned this money for you in the first place.

As much as I disdain Orange Man, I don't blame him for all of this. Who can we blame for Italian deaths, Chinese deaths, so many others? Yes, he did a lousy job but we were warned long before Trump. Many are responsible. Tragic to use deaths as political points.
